Wash as little as possible (recommend no more than twice a week).
Don’t wash aggressively - stroke shampoo through the hair rather than exfoliating.

Comb conditioning spray through clean hair.

Use cool to warm air when using a hair dryer to avoid heat damage.

Comb gently with a wide tooth or texture Comb daily. Can be bought on Amazon.

Use gentle holding styling products.
I highly recommend got2b roaring high powder or L’oreal barber club defining fiber cream.

Press the system down daily for maximum bond time. Pay attention to the perimeter when applying pressure.

After exercise and once you have cooled down apply pressure (press down).

Saunas, steam rooms and swimming (fully submerge in water) at your own risk.
Try not to get water underneath the system.

Organise your appointments well in advance to ensure you get in.
The glue can run into the hair if maintenance appointments aren't kept up and could harm the longevity of the system.

I encourage all clients to educate themselves on self maintenance application. Youtube videos are very helpful.
